A Cambridge man is facing impaired driving charges after he caught the eye of OPP officers by urinating on the side of a roadway.
Officers from the Perth OPP detachment said they spotted the 68-year-old man standing on the shoulder of Perth Line 33, around 10:00 Tuesday night.
Police said he was relieving himself beside a parked vehicle.
They said he was showing signs of impairment and was arrested and charged with two criminal counts of operation while impaired.
But police also laid an extra charge under the Liquor Licence Control Act of having care or control of a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor.
The Cambridge driver has lost his licence for 90 days, and his vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
