Rangers netminder named CHL Goaltender of the Year

A fan favourite at The Aud has written his name into Rangers history by adding another accolade at the end of his junior career.

Kitchener Rangers goaltender Jackson Parsons was named the Canadian Hockey League (CHL) Goaltender of the Year at the 2025 CHL Awards.

The 20-year-old played four seasons in R-Town, each year better than the last, ending his Rangers career on a legendary high with 37 wins and a .920 save percentage.

Parsons was also named OHL Goaltender of the Year and OHL Overager of the Year this season.

He’ll continue his hockey career in the NCAA next season, playing for Clarkson University in New York State.
