Two drivers sent to hospital after serious collision in Cambridge

A serious collision in Cambridge on Monday afternoon lead to several road closures and sent two people to an out-of-region hospital.

Regional police say around 2 p.m., they responded to a two-vehicle collision on Townline Road near Coulthard Boulevard.

The collision involved a blue Mazda and a black Hyundai sedan.

A 25-year-old man from Waterloo and a 24-year-old woman from Cambridge were taken to an out-of-region hospital.

The collision lead to road closures in the area for several hours for the investigation.
