53-year-old sent to hospital following hit-and-run collision in Waterloo

Waterloo Regional Police are looking for a motorist involved in a hit-and-run collision in Waterloo that sent a pedestrian to hospital.

It happened just before 8 p.m. Saturday night at the Erb Street West and Ira Needles Boulevard roundabout.

Police said the vehicle fled the scene and the pedestrian, a 53-year-old man from Waterloo, was taken to an out-of-region hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
