Kitchener entrepreneur competing on new season of MasterChef Canada

Cindy Ward is bringing bold flavours from her kitchen in Kitchener to the national stage on the eighth season of MasterChef Canada.

Ward is the owner of Dr. Ward’s Fresh Mist, and has previously competed on Dragon’s Den, another Canadian reality TV show.

In 2024, she was awarded the Rogers Women of the Year award in the Entrepreneur 40+ category.

This season, MasterChef Canada has introduced a new set of judges, including Canadian television host and author Mary Berg.
