Five facing charges after police seize replica handgun and drugs

Five residents of Cambridge are facing charges after a drug bust in the city.
With the assistance of the Emergency Response Unit, Waterloo Regional Police's Drugs and Firearms Team executed a search warrant at a residence on Dundas Street North, late Thursday afternoon.
Officers seized a replica handgun, as well as suspected methamphetamine and cocaine.
The value of the drugs is around $2,000.
Three men – 30, 46 and 57 and two women, both 44, were arrested.
They face charges including possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of counterfeit currency and possession of identity documents.
No names have been released.
