Kitchener man arrested for indecent act

Waterloo Regional Police have laid charges as part of an ongoing indecent act investigation.

On Thursday evening, around 8:45, police were notified of a man committing the act while walking near Victoria Street South and Eastforest Trail.

Officers arrived and the suspect tried to flee but was arrested.

A 55-year-old Kitchener man has been charged with Indecent Act.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or may have further information to contact General Investigations Unit at 519-570-9777, extension 4496.
