It was around 10:35 p.m. on Wednesday when emergency crews responded to a crash reported on Pinebush Road, just east of Franklin Boulevard.

Regional police said a Toyota and a Honda had collided head-on.

The driver of the Toyota, a 31-year-old Cambridge man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries by regional paramedics.

A 45-year-old Brantford man, behind the wheel of the Honda, did not require transportation to hospital.

Pinebush Road was closed for several hours during the investigation.
