By Mark Pare

A new report is out that Jeffrey Sloka, the former Kitchener neurologist facing over 60 counts of sexual assault, has been released from jail.

The Record reports Sloka was released late last week on bail from Maplehurst Correctional Complex in Milton.

He is reportedly under house arrest, and is due back in court June 1.

Sloka faces charges in relation to the sexual assault of 69 women under his care in Kitchener, accusations that date back to 2010.

His license to practice has been revoked.

None of the allegations have been proven in court.
