McClintic on the stand again

LONDON, Ont. – A woman convicted of first-degree murder in the death of eight-year-old Victoria Stafford has turned down a chance to change her testimony.
Terri-Lynne McClintic, 21, is testifying at the trial of her former boyfriend Michael Rafferty, 31, who has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm and kidnapping in the April 2009 death of the Grade 3 student.
She has already pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in Tori’s death and is serving a life sentence.
McClintic has told the court she kidnapped Tori outside her Woodstock, Ont., school, then in a rural area more than 100 kilometres north she says Rafferty sexually assaulted the girl then she killed her.
McClintic reviewed a statement she gave police on May 24, 2009 and was asked if in light of that statement she wanted to change her testimony about how Tori was killed.
Court has heard that McClintic said at one point that Rafferty was the one who killed Tori, but McClintic said again today that it was her.
