Cambridge Fall Fair continues in eventful weekend around Waterloo Region

For only four days the Cambridge Fall Fair is being held, bringing together the local community, and marking the end of the summer season.
Held in Cambridge’s Dickson Park, the fair running from Sept. 10-13, is now preparing for a busy weekend.
Bringing many family friendly activities into the region, the annual Cambridge Fall Fair hopes to keep you busy and entertained. Some of the activities that will be available over the weekend include:
- A range of carnival rides
- Different carnival games to try
- Live entertainment
- Music and Karaoke
- Food vendors and trucks
The fair is already underway, and they are now preparing for their main event for Saturday night. “Grease is the Word” a tribute to Grease and the music of the 50’s and 60’s will start playing at 7:30 p.m., with some special guests scheduled to make an appearance at 7 p.m.
First, on Saturday, Sept. 12, gates to the event will open at 11 a.m., and will close at 10 p.m.
Then, on Sunday, festivities won’t run as long, with gates set to open for 11 a.m., and close in the evening around 5 p.m.
Coupons will be needed to ride the carnival rides, below are the prices:
- One Coupon / $1.50
- 20 Coupons / $25.00
- 50 Coupons / $50.00
Admission to enter the fair is $15, while admission for children 10 and under is $10. Kids two years old and younger can enter for free. Though on Sunday, it will be free to enter the event for anyone interested in stopping by. Finally, limited on-site parking will be available with a $10 fee.
