April home sales dip

It was a slower than usual April for home sales in Waterloo Region.

Sales dipped almost 15 per cent compared to April 2010.

The Kitchener-Waterloo Association of Realtors says there were a total of 614 residential properties sold last month, over 400 of those units were detached homes.

Officials think the wet weather may be partially to blame.
