HRTC deadline tonight

If you want to take advantage of the federal Home Renovation Tax Credit, the deadline is midnight tonight.
That’s when you have to buy but not necessarily have installed eligible supplies, like lumber and flooring.
To accommodate procrastinaters, some big-box home renovation stores will be open later than usual tonight.
Transport Minister John Baird says the tax credit of up to 13-hundred and 50-dollars has been “a great success.”
Baird who is the minister responsible for infrastructure says it won’t be extended, adding “all good things come to an end.”
