Summer Community Fest ends off eventful August in Kitchener

Hosting a range of family activities, the Summer Community Fest is in Kitchener for an eventful day. As the summer weather begins to cool down, the festival hopes to bring a good end to August, while bringing the community closer.
Held in the Kitchener Portuguese Club, residents across the Waterloo region are being invited to join the community event.
The festival will bring a range of different activities and food options. Some of the planned festivities include:
- Different Sports
- Bouncy Castle
- Qur’an recitation competition
- Prizes that can be won
- Other live entertainment
You can attend the event at no cost, with free popcorn and freezies available for those interested. Food coupons will also be available for purchase, as there will be a variety of food options to choose from.
In the event’s release, organizers say that the community fest is meant to bring families and communities closer together, while creating a memorable day.
