No new climate policies

The U-N climate talks in Copenhagen have bogged down.
Sweden’s environment minister said this morning a deal to be presented later today to Prime Minister Harper and more than 100 other world leaders has not emerged on this, the final day of the meeting.
The impasse is blamed on a dispute between developing and developed nations.
The Swedish environment minister says it’s up to the world leaders to reach an accord to trim greenhouse gas emissions.
