Good news for the Real Estate Market in the region.
A report by the Real Estate Investment Network, shows the local markets will out-perform almost all regions in Ontario.
Don Campbell, President of the Investment Network says that if you’re thinking of buying, now’s an opportune time..
They believe the local markets will outperform almost all other regions of the province over the next 3 to 5 years.
The report has Hamilton as the top performer, then Kitchener and Cambridge before the Barrie area followed by Waterloo in fourth.
