Waterloo home broken into, now under investigation

Police say that between July 20 at 8 p.m. and July 27 at 8:30 p.m., suspect(s) entered a home in the Alexmuir Place and Clair Creed Blvd area.
Waterloo Regional Police say the suspects’ identities and the number involved are still unknown.
Officials believe that the suspect(s) were able to access the property through a backyard that is connected with a trail.
There was damage to a window, and multiple rooms in the house had been rummaged through.
Police say that personal property was taken from the residence, including electronics and jewellery.
Investigators are asking residents in the area to check any cameras that may have captured suspicious activity during the timeframe of the incident.
