Driver caught going over double the speed limit on Hespeler: Police

A Cambridge driver is off the road for the next couple of weeks after police said he was going over double the speed limit on Hespeler Road.

Monday around 11:00 a.m., police stopped the car, which was reportedly going 141 km/h in a 60 km/h zone.

The driver has since been charged with speeding, stunt driving and careless driving.

His license has been suspended for 30 days and vehicle impounded for 14 days.
