Motorcycle driver seriously injured following collision in Kitchener

A serious collision in Kitchener remains under investigation by regional police.
It happened sometime around 12:30 p.m. at a parking lot on Fairway Road South, between a motorcycle and an SUV.
Emergency services arrived on scene and took the driver of the motorcycle, a 62-year-old man, to an out of region hospital for serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the SUV, an 86-year-old man, was uninjured.
Police closed off some portions of the parking lot during the investigation, but it has since reopened.
