Cambridge senior robbed in broad daylight by group of teens

Waterloo regional police are looking for three suspects after a brazen, daylight robbery in Cambridge.
Police say a group of teenagers approached an elderly man over the noon hour on Sunday in the Preston Parkway area. One of the teens pulled a weapon and demanded that he hand over whatever personal items he had.
The 78-year-old man refused and was assaulted, suffering minor injuries. The three suspects took off on foot, heading southbound on Preston Parkway, the press release reads.
Police describe the suspects as white males between 16 and 18 years old, all wearing t-shirts, one of which was red.
The service’s General Investigations Unit is continuing to investigate.
