A multi-phase watermain construction project along a key route in Breslau has started back up again this spring.
Crews are set to continue installing a new watermain on Fountain Street North by Flanders Road, north of the Region of Waterloo International Airport.
Work on the $8.7 million project began last year, with the first stretch wrapping up in December.
This next phase (Phase C) will have crews on site from April to July.
The final phase of work is expected to wrap up by the fall of next year.
Along with the new watermain, the asphalt, shoulders and boulevards on Fountain will also be replaced.

Regional officials do not expect any major closures in the area, saying two-way traffic will be maintained “at all times,” however, delays are expected on your summer drive.
