Gaslight District to host Blue Jays opener on the big screen

The Gas Light District in Cambridge is picking up where it left off on November 1.

The Toronto Blue Jays regular season begins on March 27, and people will be able to watch the game on the big screen in the district square.

The Jays open the campaign at home to the Athletics. First pitch flies at just after 7:00 p.m.

Make sure you wear your best Jays gear.

The last game on the big screen was the Blue Jays’ loss to the L.A. Dodgers in Game 7 of last year’s World Series. Hopes are high for another long Blue Jays playoff run this year.

To kick off the season right, the Gas Light District will show several other games on big screen, mark your calendar:

  • Saturday, March 28 vs. A’s, 3 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 4 at Chicago White Sox, 2 p.m.
  • Friday, April 10 vs. Minnesota Twins, 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 11 vs. Minnesota Twins, 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 25, vs. Cleveland Guardians, 3 p.m.
