Baden cyclist wins gold at Pan Am Games

A cyclist from Baden is on a gold medal winning team for Canada at the Pan Am Games.

Tyler Rorke, 20, along with his teammates, Nick Wammes, and James Hedgcock, won gold Tuesday in the Team Sprint – Men’s cycling event.

They beat out the trio from Colombia to earn they spot on the podium on the fourth day of the international event.

Canada now has 58 medals in total: 20 gold, 20 silver, and 18 bronze.
