Full-service library coming to Breslau

By CityNews Kitchener Staff

A new, full-service library is coming to Breslau.

The Region gave the greenlight to the project Wednesday night, approving plans to convert the Region of Waterloo Library Satellite service in Breslau to a full-service library branch.

It is expected to be set up in the lower level of the Township of Woolwich’s Breslau Community Centre.

This all stems from a recent survey that found over 90 per cent of respondents wanted the full-service branch.

The Township now has to decide the timeline and what will be in the library.

Regional staff note the expanded service will cater to community needs in a way that is cost-effective.
