Name of crash victim released

Police have released the name of a woman killed in a crash in
Wellesley Township on Friday.

46 year old Michele Magennis of Hepworth was killed around 2:30pm when
her minivan hit a transport truck at Line 86 and Wellington Road 12. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are looking into whether alcohol was a factor in the collision.

A 38 year old man, a passenger in the van, suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
