3:00- MENTAL HEALTH- Dr. Stan Kutcher, Professor, Dalhousie University at the Department of Psychiatry and Staff Psychiatrist, IWK Health Centre, Re: Dr. Kutcher is an internationally-renowned expert in the area of adolescent mental health and a national and international leader in mental health research, advocacy, training, policy, and health services innovation. Dr. Kutcher uses his expertise to build awareness and knowledge about mental health in young people through the development of programs that address adolescent mental health promotion, education, care and research, locally, nationally, and internationally.
