9:00am There’s a proposal for a 10-lane redesign of the 401 from Cambridge to Halton for commuters, including carpool lanes. Kitchener just received GO Transit starting with two commuter trains running in the morning and two in the evening, with the schedule to grow as usage increases. However, the planned changes to the 401 seem to fly in the face of the push to get more cars off the road. Guest: Graham Vincent, Director of Transportation Planning at the Region of Waterloo.
