Arrest in apparent G20 threat

A 53 year old man has been arrested in an apparent G20 threat outside a Toronto hotel.
Police said there were weapons and gas containers in the man’s car.
Officers on the scene say a hazardous material team is testing suspicious fluids.
The car remained at the scene, on the Esplanade, with its trunk open.
