More trouble for Toyota

Toyota is being slapped with a pair of class action lawsuits over its problem with faulty gas pedals.
Claims have been filed in Toronto and Regina.
The claim seeks compensation for losses and injuries as a result of the purchase or use of Toyota vehicles with the faulty acceleration system.
Toyota Canada, Toyota in the United States and parts supplier C-T-S are named as defendants.
One of the plaintiff’s says he can’t believe the automaker sold him a vehicle just weeks ago knowing about the problem.
Steven Hamilton wants a full refund.
Meantime, Toyota announced a fix for the pedal problem this morning.
Repairs should start at the dealerships by the end of the week.
