Two arrested after gun call in Kitchener

Police have made a pair of arrests in connection with a gun call in the Huron Park area of Kitchener.

The incident happened Monday evening in the area of Rockcliffe Drive and Tartan Avenue. 

According to police, during a fight between several individuals, a firearm was pulled out.

On December 1, police arrested an 18-year-old man, as well as a male youth. The accused have both been charged with occupying a vehicle knowing a firearm is present and failure to comply with a release order. 

Police also say the investigation is ongoing.
