Man sprayed with noxious substance during Waterloo assault

Police are looking into an assault in Waterloo in which a noxious substance was used.
Officers were called to the area of University Avenue West and Phillip Street, just after 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
They say the victim was sprayed with the substance while at a residence.
A 22-year-old Waterloo man was treated at the scene by paramedics.
