Arrest made after portable toilets set on fire at construction site

An arrest has been made in connection with an arson investigation in Kitchener.
Emergency crews responded to reports early Monday morning of two portable toilets being on fire at a construction site located at Duke Street West and Young Street.
The fire was put out by the Kitchener Fire Department.
Police went through video surveillance which assisted in identifying the suspect, who was located in the area.
A 44-year-old Kitchener man has been charged with arson — damage to property.
The accused is due to appear in court on November 23.
