Highway 7 back open between Kitchener and Guelph after crash (update)

** Highway 7 reopened just before 10 a.m. on Tuesday **

The Ministry of Transportation confirms Highway 7 is completely closed from Woolwich Guelph Townline to Wellington Road 32 after a crash.

*401 callers to 570 NEWS say emergency crews are on scene.

Motorists can detour by using Shantz Station Road or Wellington Road 32.

There's no reopening time known for Highway 7 in that stretch.
