Drugs and ammunition found in Kitchener, arrests made

A man and woman are facing a long list of charges in connection with an ongoing drug investigation in Kitchener.

Waterloo regional police said three search warrants in the Fischer-Hallman and Huron roads area turned up suspected cocaine, fentanyl, ammunition and a vehicle.

The pair from Kitchener, a 37-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman, are facing numerous charges, including:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking (two counts)
  • Possession of proceeds of crime
  • Money laundering
  • Breach of court Oorder

Regional police have since reminded local residents to report any suspicious persons, activities or vehicles, as they said those tips can help officers in keeping the community safe.
