Stolen BMW involved in Cambridge hit-and-run: WRPS

Waterloo regional police are searching for a blue BMW, which they said was involved in a hit-and-run crash in Cambridge.

Late Saturday afternoon, around 5:30 p.m., two vehicles collided in the intersection of Franklin Boulevard and Saginaw Parkway.

Police said a blue BMW with no licence plates was one of the involved vehicles, and reportedly fled the scene before officers arrived.

Investigators believe the BMW was stolen.

Police tell 570 NewsRadio there were minor injuries as a result of the crash.

There are no driver or passenger descriptions at this point.

Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to reach out to investigators or Crime Stoppers.
