Regional libraries using paper hearts to promote kindness

It's a chance to spread some positivity in Waterloo Region.
Region of Waterloo Library branches are offering paper hearts for residents to pick-up.
They can then write kind and encouraging notes on the hearts, and either place them around the library or give them to staff to display.
The goal is to spread kindness in the community through the month of February.
