People’s Party of Canada selects candidate for Kitchener-Conestoga

By CityNews Kitchener Staff

Koltyn H. Wallar will be the first ever People's Party of Canada federal candidate in the riding of Kitchener-Conestoga.

Wallar was acclaimed at a nomination meeting over the weekend.

At 19 years of age, PPC claims he's possibly one of the youngest political candidates in the country.

“Today, too few take a stand for their values, and speak for their beliefs and conscience. Too many have become disenchanted with the Merry-go-round of present day Canadian politics. A breakthrough is needed in Canada, and the People’s Party of Canada are the ones to do it. It is time for common sense to make a return to Canadian politics, and it is time to make a return to policies that work for the everyday Canadian. I am deeply honoured to champion this cause in Kitchener-Conestoga.” Wallar said in a release.

The federal election will take place on October 21.
