Kitchener man charged with sexual assault

A Kitchener man is facing a sexual assault charge following an investigation spanning several months.

Regional Police say they received several reports between October 2025 and January 2026 of a sexual assault and three criminal harassment incidents at a residential building in the Homer Watson Boulevard and Pioneer Drive area.

In February, police put out a call to the public to help them identify the suspect.

On Mar. 29, officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Kitchener and arrested a male.

The 29-year-old male has been charged with sexual assault and is being held in custody for a bail hearing.
