Police looking for man after harassment in Kitchener apartment building

Officers released an image and a video of a person they are looking to speak to in connection with an ongoing investigation.
Waterloo regional police said they have been told of multiple reports between October 2025 and January 2026 of a sexual assault and three criminal harassment incidents. In a press release, police said it happened at a residential building in the area of Homer Watson Boulevard and Pioneer Drive in Kitchener.
Police are hoping to identify the person in the photos and speak with him. They are also looking to speak with any witnesses or victims in connection with the incidents.
