Rangers look for sixth straight win with mid-week game in Sarnia

Your Kitchener Rangers are looking to keep the hot streak alive, searching for their sixth win in a row in a game against the Sarnia Sting.

On Sunday, the Rangers won a close-fought contest against their rivals from down Highway 401, the London Knights, 4-1 the final score.

The Rangers sit atop the Western Conference on 90 points, five points ahead of the second-place Windsor Spitfires.

The Sting have struggled at times this season, and are on the outside looking in as of Wednesday when it comes to the post-season. Sarnia sits seven points back of Saginaw for the final play-off spot with just eight games left of the season.

After Wednesday, the Rangers return home for a bout against the Soo Greyhounds.

You can hear all the action on 570 NewsRadio with Wednesday’s pre-game show starting at 6:30 p.m.
