Rangers on four game win-streak, beat Spirit 7-4

The Kitchener Rangers are now four wins in a row, starting the weekend strong by sweeping the Saginaw Spirit 7-4.
Jack Pridham opened the game for the Blueshirts with the Rangers’ loan goal of the period, but Saginaw would take the lead headed into the second with two goals of their own.
The second period would again be opened with a goal by Pridham and, in what looked like a mirror of the first period, the Spirit would score two more. The scroe was 4-2 half way through the period.
But the Rangers would turn things around handily, going on to score five unanswered goals through the remainder of the second and in the third.
Four goals would come off power plays for the East Avenue Blues, and Jack Pridham earned himself not only an eight-game point streak but yet another hat trick.
Gabriel Chiarot earned his first goal as a Ranger on home ice and centreman Sam O’Reilly put on a dominant show at faceoffs.
The Rangers are welcoming the Guelph Storm to Kitchener’s home ice Sunday.
