Federal offender convicted of armed robbery potentially in Woodstock

A man convicted of armed robbery is on the loose, and Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said he has connections in several communities, including Woodstock.

William Turner, 37, is serving a just over six-year sentence.

He has several notable tattoos, including “red neck” across his hands and “CWB” on the right side of his neck.

Police said he is around 6’4″, 230 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

Turner is said to have connections in London, Woodstock, St Thomas, Windsor, Sarnia and the Greater Toronto area.
