Kitchener Rangers kick off Eastern Conference road trip in Kingston

The Kitchener Rangers are kicking off a three-game Eastern Conference road trip on Friday with a Valentine’s Day game against the Kingston Frontenacs.

Slush Puppie Place will host the Rangers in the second meeting between these two teams this season.

Last time they met, the Rangers came out on top after overtime, with Blueshirts Captain Matthew Andonovski netting the winner in the extra frame.

The Frontenacs have 67 points on the year, two points back of top spot in a tightly-contested Eastern Conference.

After Friday, the East Avenue Blue will take a trip east to Ottawa for an afternoon match-up against the 67’s.

On Family Day, the Rangers head to Peterborough for another afternoon game, this time against the bottom-dwelling Petes.
