One driver dead after three-vehicle crash in St. Jacobs

A fatality is being reported after a three-vehicle crash in St. Jacobs on Monday morning.
The collision occurred around 6:50 a.m. in the Hawkesville Road and Three Bridges Road area of Woolwich.
Waterloo Regional Police said a red Chevrolet, a white Toyota pick-up truck, and a blue Kia SUV were involved.
The driver of the Kia, a 56-year-old Brantford man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota, a 35-year-old Wellesley man, sustained non-life-threatening injuries while the driver of the Chevrolet, a 30-year-old Wilmot woman, was not hurt.
Police closed the Hawkesville Road and Three Bridges Road intersection for several hours on Monday.
The investigation into the fatal crash remains ongoing and police are asking anyone with information, including witnesses with dash cam video, to contact them.
