Six people facing charges after Guelph drug bust

Guelph Police have charged six people after a drug bust on Friday morning.

The investigation began in the summer of 2023. At that time, police found that two people had substances that they were using for trafficking.

On Friday, police searched two homes in the area of Silvercreek Parkway North and Paisley Road.

They found more than $80,000 worth of fentanyl, cocaine, Oxycodone, drug paraphernalia, and a pellet gun.

Six people from Guelph aged between 17 and 33 were all charged with possessing controlled substances for the purpose of trafficking.
