Overnight parking bylaws will not be enforced in Kitchener until the new year

Kitchener Mayor Berry Vrbanovic wanted to spread the joy this holiday season, and he did just that when he announced the exemption to overnight parking bylaws.
From December 21 to January 2 parking bylaw officials will not be enforcing three-hour or overnight parking bylaws unless a snow event is called in order to accommodate holiday visitors, according to Vrbanovic.
All other bylaws still apply over the next eight days.
