Love poutine? Waterloo has you covered

If you are a fan of poutine, you will want to be in Uptown Waterloo in early July.

For four days, beginning July 4, Poutine Feast will take over Waterloo Public Square.

Organizers say poutine is more than just French fries and cheese curds covered in gravy. “True Poutiners have taken the basic recipe and have added their own unique variations that just can't be found in any restaurant.” said a release

Poutine Feast will offer over 50 different versions and cater to everyone, including an offering vegan options.

Saturday, July 6, will feature a Celebrity Poutine Challenge where local celebrities will compete in the ultimate poutine eating challenge. 

Here is the schedule:

Thursday, July 4  11am-9pm
Friday, July 5  11am-9pm
Saturday, July 6  11am-9pm
Sunday, July 7  11am-7pm
