Region hosts annual rain barrel sale this Saturday

April showers have persisted into May, and the wet spring weather may have you thinking about how much money you could save with an outdoor rain barrel.
Well, you're in luck – as the Region of Waterloo is hosting its annual rain barrel distribution sale on Saturday.
The barrels will be available for a discounted price of $40, and you can pick one up in the parking lots of our three big malls – Conestoga, Fairview, and the Cambridge Centre.
You will want to act fast as supplies are limited and tend to sell out quickly.
The 200-litre barrels will be available starting at 7:30 a.m., and the Region said they are a great and simple way to conserve water.
