Ari Horie is the founder and CEO of Women’s Startup Lab located in Silicon Valley, CA., whose mission is to empower female led startups to succeed by being stronger leaders, gaining an influential network of advisors and creating powerful startups that shape the world through innovation. She was recently named in CNN’s 10 Visionary Women. At the Tech Leadership Conference, she’ll explain how taking a non-traditional approach to change can make a big impact.
1:45-2:00 Matt Scobel, Manager, Canon Innovation Lab (@MattScobel)
Matt is the former co-founder of Dandy, a VC backed graduate of Communitech HYPERDRIVE and current manager for the Canon Innovation Lab at Communitech. As one of the world’s most admired and well-known brands, Canon is one of the latest companies to open an Innovation Lab and take advantage of Waterloo Region’s tech sector. Matt is also a speaker at the Tech Leadership Conference next month.
