Car smashes through retaining wall into parking lot at Kitchener school

A close call at a Kitchener elementary school.

Waterloo Regional Police say no one was hurt after a car reversed through a fence and then a retaining wall at Courtland Avenue Public School yesterday afternoon.

Police say the retaining wall separated the school parking lot from an adjacent apartment building.

The car came to rest on the hoods of two other cars.

No students or staff were hurt, nor was the driver.
